This is an overall ME journal:
Weight Loss
Boy troubles
etc...
I am 20 years old, trying to lose and maintain a lower weight than where I'm at.
I am applying to graduate school at the end of this year and going to Mexico for a medical internship.
Food plan:
-I only eat fish meat, not chicken, pork, beef
eat about 1000-1200 cals a day
-not much junk
-not much crappy food in general
workout plan:
-trying to:
1. swim once or twice a week (I have bad knees)
2. add in a strength training routine two or three times a week
3. bike/arc trainer/elliptical 3 times per week for at least 45 mins.
4. tone up for summer bathing suits
5. try to start jogging outside
